More About Steve
Steve brings 40 years of experience in municipal government, where he worked through both the operations and the management side of the organization. That dual perspective has proved invaluable to Steve, our clients and PeopleGro. Before joining PeopleGro in 2004, he served as the Superintendent of the Water and Sewerage Divisions in the City of Dearborn’s Public Works Department, where he refined his ability to optimize operations and systems within public infrastructure.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Steve also holds an Organizational Engineer Level III certificate from the Organizational Engineering Institute. His collaborative approach makes him a trusted partner to teams at all levels, encouraging open dialogue and
fostering an environment where everyone’s ideas are valued, resulting in innovative and effective solutions.
His superpower? Steve’s exceptional skill in asking the right questions at the right time. He gets to the heart of the issue, helping teams think critically and uncover solutions that truly matter—while his calming presence and wisdom inspire others to confidently take thoughtful action.
