Nicole draws on 20 years of experience in the private, public and educational sectors. Those credentials have allowed her to tap the potential in every type of individual personality and group dynamic.
A graduate of Wayne State University, Nicole holds an Organizational Engineer III certificate through the Organizational Engineering Institute.
